Abstract
This study examined a moderated mediation model wherein equity sensitivity moderated the indirect effects of leader-member exchange differentiation (LMXD) on knowledge sharing behavior (KSB) through procedural and interactional justice. Data collected from 300 Korean employees showed that equity sensitivity strengthened the mediational path from LMXD to KSB via interactional justice.
