Abstract
This study explores neuroticism's influence on therapy dynamics, using data from 216 individuals. Gender differences in neuroticism weren't observed. Higher neuroticism was linked to more symptoms initially but indicated improved responsiveness to therapy. Despite lower quality of life and hope, therapy motivation remained consistent, suggesting neuroticism's significance in clinical contexts.
