Abstract
Asian parenting styles, characterized by high control and demandingness, have been associated with higher depressive and anxiety symptoms among Asian American (AA) youth. However, acculturation may moderate these outcomes. This proposed study will examine the link between parenting styles, acculturation, academic success, and psychological well-being among second-generation AA college students.
