Feasibility of Live Z-Score Neurofeedback Training for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Abstract

We investigated the feasibility of live Z-Score neurofeedback (NF) training for individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder. Twelve patients with PTSD (7 females; mean age = 20.75 [SD = 2.38]) completed ten sessions of NF training, and the results indicated high levels of acceptability and clinical efficacy in trauma symptomatology.
