Similarity Among Ostensibly Distinct Forms of Supervisor-Perpetrated Aggression

Workplace aggression researchers have introduced several ostensibly distinct constructs, many of which are assessed using measures that appear to have overlapping item content. We present the results of item grouping and item sorting studies, both of which raise doubts about the construct distinctions often made within the workplace aggression literature.
