Mental Health Promotion in Lifestyle Habits: Connections with Problematic Social Media Use and Sleep Quality for Emerging Adults

We built two networks to find the comorbidities of problematic social media use, sleep disturbances, and poor mental health. There were 564 Chinese adults (Mean age=24.59, SD=3.25). Central symptoms of positive emotions, cognitive preoccupation, and compulsive use were identifies, as well as bridge symptoms of psychological distress.
