Dark Personalities: How Do Pathologies Succeed and Advance?

This study investigated how narcissistic and psychopathic traits are viewed compared to a normal personality. Significant differences were found with confidence, hiring potential, workplace fraud, and willingness to work for these individuals. It is important to understand how negative and potentially harmful traits can be valued and advantageous.
