Abstract
Participants viewed vignettes in which a racist encounter occurred, varying the age of the racist. 99 participants (Mage=22; 60 Females). While the racism was equally offensive across age (p=.898), participants were kinder in their response and reported that they expected racism from the older adult (t(98)=-3.48, p=.001.
