The Impact of Blurred Self-Identity on Sleep

Abstract
Through a series of five studies (N = 1348), employing various methodologies including experience-sampling (Study 1), a longitudinal approach (Study 2), survey (Study 3), and controlled experiments (Studies 4 and 5), we found that blurred self-identity predicted poor sleep quality and non-attachment mediated this relationship.
