The Relationships of Sleep Quality with Hope and Negotiable Fate Among University Students in Hong Kong

We explored the relationship between sleep quality and the expectancy constructs of hope and negotiable fate via a survey of Hong Kong university students. Findings demonstrate poorer sleep quality is associated with lower hope levels, mediated by depression, anxiety, and stress. However, sleep quality did not relate to negotiable fate.
