Abstract

Measurement invariance techniques establish levels of equivalence between groups on a given measure. Many psychological instruments have not been appropriately adapted for use outside of a Western context. This study uses measurement invariance to assess if the CES-D and the STAI function similarly across five ethnocultural groups in the U.S.
