Abstract

We crowd-sourced preferred evidence-based activities for improving well-being domains from a representative sample (N=300; 48% Women, Mage = 45). For several activities and domains (i.e., yoga, exercise, sleep, productivity), engagement differed across specific demographic factors (i.e., location, gender, age). Results informed a digital single session intervention to promote healthy behaviors.
