Abstract
Our research examined whether individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD) symptoms were more accurate at identifying negative emotions than positive emotions. We predicted that individuals who experience more BPD symptoms are able recognize the presentation of negative emotions better than positive emotions. Results were consistent with our expectations.
