Abstract

This experiment investigated how enjoyment mediates the relationship between learning environment, either immersive virtual reality or slideshow lesson, and posttest performance. The Cognitive Affective Model of Immersive Learning and Immersion Principle predict conflicting outcomes of IVR on learning; thus this research aimed to test these theories in an experimental setting.
