Abstract
This study explores social jetlag's impact on memory formation and how exercise compensates for cognitive decline induced by lack of sleep. We anticipated that social jetlag would have a negative effect on memory, in both behavioral and neural aspects, whereas regular physical exercise could mitigate this effect.
