Masculinity and Attitudes about Conflict Management and Conflict Resolution

We interrogated whether masculinity threat predicted differences among threatened, non-threatened, and control men in their endorsement of several outcomes. Threatened men experienced greater public discomfort and anger, and thus greater endorsement of ideological dominance, self-concerned conflict resolution style, masculine conformity, and precarious manhood belief than non-threatened and control men
