Possessing a Growth Mindset Leads to Greater Flexibility in Emotional Expressivity

We measured and compared flexibility in emotional expressivity over time in individuals who received a growth mindset primer and those who did not. There were 82 participants (53 Females, M age = 30). Flexibility improved significantly in the growth (p=.030) but not in the control condition over time.
