Abstract
We examined the relationship between hippocampal activation (HA) with self-injurious thoughts and behaviors (SITBs). 7,576 children completed n-back task and KSADS at two time points. SITBs were measured by KSADS. Results showed higher left HA predicted higher active and passive suicidal ideation (SI). Higher right HA predicted higher lifetime SA.
