Abstract
Using CFA and regression analyses, we examined the structure of inhibition and its relations to important developmental outcomes in a sample of 167 preschool-age children (87 males, Mage = 4.42). Results indicated that Inhibition is a unitary process related to the development of early academic skills and self-regulated behavior.
