Abstract

We examined whether additional emotion regulation (ER) strategies moderated the relationship between rumination and delusion preoccupation in a community sample (n=351, Mage = 45.78). Neither reappraisal nor suppression moderated this relationship (p’s>0.28). Without supplementary coping methods, ER strategies may not maintain or reduce delusion preoccupation.
