Abstract
Our research examined the relationship between mock juror judgements of a defendant with autism spectrum disorder and jurors’ knowledge of ASD. We predicted that bias would be prevalent among jurors based on their knowledge of ASD. However, our results showed no relationship between knowledge of ASD and juror decisions.
