The Influence of Receptacle Material on Consumer Perceptions of Mycoprotein

Abstract
Increasing meat consumption poses health challenges. Mycoprotein (meat alternative) may reduce animal meat consumption. However, consumers perceive mycoprotein negatively. We explored the influence of receptacle materials (Banana Leaf, Stainless Steel) on mycoprotein perceptions. Results indicate a favorable perception of mycoprotein placed on banana leaves, demonstrating impact on facilitating healthy eating.
