Abstract
Savoring, a positive psychology tool, can enhance well-being by embracing daily moments fully. This study of a week-long savoring exercise among college students demonstrated a focus on self-care, food, social connections, and nature. Participants felt stress relief and reflected positively on their experiences, emphasizing its mental health benefits.
