Abstract

The current study explores workplace social isolation perceptions as a predictor of workplace deviance behaviors, controlling for the influence of the personality traits using data from N = 37 Canadian and US participants. Honesty-Humility and Extraversion were found to relate to specific WSI and WDBs dimensions.
