Abstract

We conducted a quantitative study (N = 1,570) to explore how mental toughness affects perceptions of sexual harassment. Our findings showed that participants scoring higher on mental toughness more likely to react tolerantly towards a scenario depicting sexual harassment between a coach and an athlete.
