Examining Student-Athletes' Performance and Well-Being

I will conduct a quasi-experimental design to understand working student-athletes. Current college student-athletes (n = 250) will complete measures of balance perceptions, stress, burnout, well-being, and performance. Working student-athletes (versus non-working studentathletes) are expected to have lower balance perceptions, higher stress and burnout, and lower well-being which predicts lower performance.
