University Teachers: Do They Burnout and What Is the Relation to Stress, Irrational Beliefs, Social Support?

Burnout in university teachers is explored after 15 years of neglect. There were 597 participants, 7 questionaires were administered. The highest predictive power to burnout is shown in stress, then social support, and then in irrational beliefs: performance demand, failure, control. Data informs clinical psychology on how prevention should be.
