Transgender Awareness Webinar Training: Most Effective with High Transphobia Levels

This pilot randomized control trial design (N = 203) evaluated an update of the Transgender Awareness Webinar (Authors blind, 2017). Transphobia scores significantly reduced from pre- to posttest among participants with high baseline transphobia scores. Higher transphobia scores were found among cisgender male, higher income, and traditionally religious participants.
