Individual Differences in the Memory of e-Meetings with Cameras on or Off

This study investigated whether video presence and emotional atmosphere during e-meetings affect memory about the meetings. Compared to the experimental manipulations, personality traits like extroversion and agreeableness, along with sex, were much better predictors of memory performance. These counterintuitive results elucidate the attention and memory processes during e-meetings.
