Help-Seeking Behavior for Mental Health Concerns Among Indian Young Adults

Abstract
We assessed the relationship between Help-Seeking Behavior (HSB) and Perceived-Public Stigma (PPS), Personal-Stigma, Self-Stigma (SS), Gender-Roles Conformity, Patriarchal Beliefs, gender, and explored the facilitators of utilizing faith-based services (uFBS), among Indians (N = 150, Mage = 20.8). PPS and SS were predictors of HSB. Religiosity was a predictor of uFBS.
