Investigating the Association between Anxiety and Athletic Performance in Student-Athletes

I planned to examine how anxiety can influence sport performance and understand a student-athletes' mediating role in the relationship between anxiety and athletic performance. There were 75 undergraduate student participants (M  age = 21, SD = 2.50). Results showed that anxiety levels are positively related to athletic strain and self-regulation.
