Integrating Individual Differences: Advances in Personality and Interest Research
Personality traits and vocational interests are powerful predictors of career and life outcomes, yet they are often studied separately resulting in independent knowledge bases. This symposium covers four approaches to integrating personality and interests in the context of career assessment, lifespan development, and career and life success.
