Interest Development across the Lifespan: Causes, Correlates, and Consequences
Despite a long history of research on vocational interests, key questions remain regarding their development and predictive power for career outcomes. This symposium integrates four studies using diverse methodologies to investigate how interests develop and change over time and the extent to which interests explain important educational and career outcomes.
