Improving Mental Health Outcomes through Online Brief Mental Health Interventions

Increasing access to mental health services is a widely-accepted concern. Developing interventions with low burden to access may improve understanding and health. This symposium discusses using online interventions to increase use of resources in response to crises, and to target anxiety sensitivity, depressive symptoms, and social anxiety.
