A Goal-Directed Framework for Understanding and Remediating Various Types of Seemingly Maladaptive Behavior
This symposium brings together theoretical and empirical presentations on the utility of a goal-directed framework for understanding and changing seemingly maladaptive behavior. In addition to clarifying its core assumptions, the framework is applied to a variety of topics such as pro-environmental behavior, addiction, attachment problems, and burn-out.
