Developing Digital Mental Health Interventions: Lessons Learned about Feasibility, Dissemination, and Effectiveness
This symposium integrates research from studies that developed digital mental health interventions (DMHIs) aimed to improve psychological wellbeing across a range of concerns, including eating disorders, adolescent relationship skills, and emotion dysregulation. Presenters leverage different technologies for their DMHIs and deliver their DMHIs in varying dosages.
