Belief Inflexibility across Symptom Dimensions: Risk and Resilience in the General and Clinical Populations
Inflexibility in forming and maintaining beliefs has been implicated in the general population as well as a variety of mental health conditions. This symposium presents cutting-edge affective, cognitive and social research across symptom dimensions with the common goal of understanding the nature and mechanisms of (in)flexible beliefs and belief updating.
