Abstract
White sexual minority women viewed a fictitious organization's website in which we varied the presence of congruent (Rainbow Pride flag) and incongruent (Black Lives Matter flag) identity safety cues. Supporting cue transfer research, both the congruent and incongruent cues promoted anticipated trust, attractiveness, commitment, and procedural fairness at the company.
