Abstract
We examined the role of microaggressions in students' campus climate experiences. Significant differences emerged in satisfaction, belonging, and well-being as a function of identity. Microaggressions targeting different identities were related differently to campus climate outcomes when comparing White students to Black, Latinx, Asian, and Multi-ethnic students.
