Action Affordance Modulates Change Detection.

Abstract
Perception can be enhanced when responding to action-related objects with congruent response effectors. Participants used hand or foot responses to discriminate hand or foot-related targets that changed in orientation or identity. Results indicate the presence of action affordance only during a change in the orientation of the objects.
