People Assign More Blame to Female Victims of an Ambiguous Sexual Assault Scenario When Framed from His Perspective Than Her Perspective

Abstract
Using a scenario-based study about an ambiguous sexual assault, participants assigned more blame to the victim when they read the scenario from his (as opposed to her) perspective. Surprisingly, female attire and participant gender were not significant predictors of victim blaming.
