Abstract

A couple of experiments tested whether sensitivity losses, bias shifts and attentional lapses contribute to the vigilance decrement in a gap detection task, differentially between the left and right visual fields. The results showed conservative shifts of response bias for stimuli presented to the right than left visual field.
