The Association of Emotion Dysregulation and Workplace Aggression

Abstract
Workplace aggression (WA) is a costly and prevalent public health problem. Despite this, research on psychological correlates of WA is limited. Using a sample of 9,041 college participants, we found that WA was highly associated with poor emotion regulation. This relationship remained after controlling for age, race, and sex.
