Supportive Accountability for University Students' Engagement with the Healthy Minds Meditation Application

This study will investigate whether supportive accountability from a peer mentor increases university students' engagement with the Healthy Minds (HM) meditation app. 200 students will be randomized to either receive support from a peer mentor to use HM or to use the app with no supportive accountability for 8 weeks.
