Abstract
To examine whether virtual-reality breathing biofeedback (VRBB) would be feasible in reducing anxiety and PTSD symptoms in detained adolescents, we conducted a pilot, correlational study on 10 detained adolescents. We found that respiration rates were positively correlated with anxiety symptoms but not PTSD symptoms at baseline.
