Abstract

Computational modeling allows to unveil implicit cognitive processes from behavioral data. Here we used the diffusion drift model to investigate whether lonely individuals demonstrate hypervigilance toward social threat in the dot-probe task. No association between parameters associated with decision-making efficiency or attentional bias was found in 279 healthy individuals.
