Am I an Organizational Citizen?: Priming Personnel to Increase the Use of a Behavioural Tool

Abstract
Employees have multiple competing roles, including their role as an organizational citizen. We assessed if randomly assigning employees (N = 347) to have their identity as an organizational citizen primed would increase their intentions to use a new Spectrum of Behaviours tool. Findings support that priming significantly increased usage intentions.
