Abstract
The results of this study indicated supervisor-subordinate congruence in customer orientation led to higher levels of subordinate perceived psychological safety. Additionally, higher levels of supervisor-subordinate congruence in customer orientation increases the subordinate perceived psychological safety than lower levels of congruence.Furthermore, perceived psychological safety is positively related to subordinate voice.
