Follower Preference for Leadership Style: Testing a New Measure

This study tests the factor structure of a new 25-item scale designed to measure follower preference for leadership style based on the four styles conceptualized in Situational Leadership Theory. A confirmatory factor analysis was conducted and identified the best model fit to be a 20-item, 3-factor structure.
