Regression Estimation Techniques with Multi-Item Measures

Abstract
We compared Structural Equation Modeling, Sum Scoring, Factor Scores and Structural After Measurement techniques for estimating in regression relations between multi-item measures using real data. The four methods showed differences in estimates of the regression coefficient, standard errors, and multiple correlation.
